As an owner of FSP Mortgage Group, I take special pride in ensuring that all of our clients are treated honestly and fairly, and that our staff is knowledgeable and trustworthy.

I've been involved with real estate and mortgage financing for over 12 years. In May of 2003, Jennifer Hauschild and I decided to take a big step of faith and opened FSP Mortgage Group. We were blessed with tremendous support and encouragement from our friends and family, and from the local business community.

My business philosophy revolves around KNOWLEDGE. The mortgage industry is complex, with frequent changes to loan programs, rates, and qualifying guidelines. It is our responsibility to stay abreast of changes and trends, and to assist our clients in finding the right loan, specifically for them. With literally hundreds of lenders to choose from, our professional staff will guide you to the very best loan for you.

My personal philosophy revolves around INVOLVEMENT. For years, I've been involved with the Blue Springs Chamber of Commerce , and in January of 2005, I joined their Board of Directors. I serve on a variety of committees for the Chamber, and Co-Chair a local special interest group that is establishing an off-leash dog park , which came from my involvement in StandUp Blue Springs . I am a stakeholder on the Renew the Blue Visioning Committee, a member of the Blue Springs Historical Society , and the St. Mary's Auxiliary. I also serve as a Commissioner on the Blue Springs Parks Commission , and have been the chairperson for the Blue Springs Fall Fun Festival for the past 2 years. I believe that my volunteer involvement is the best way for me to give back to my community.

The majority of my business comes from referrals from previous clients, and from people I've met in the community. I believe that by treating my clients properly, with honesty and integrity, my business will continue to grow.
