When we went to FSP to refinance our mortgage, we knew we were going to be paying more.  We were locking in a fixed rate as our 3.85% ARM was expiring.  Dena from FSP bent over backward to get us the absolute best deal we could get.  She also was available to answer all of our questions throughout the process.  I probably changed the game plan five times and Dena rolled with every change in a professional, even-tempered manner.  Most important to us, there were absolutely NO surprises at the close.  We got just what we expected and HIGHLY recommend FSP!!
